University of Health Science has released notification regarding required documents for MBBS and BDS Admission 2022-23. The university clarified that this is not an admission advertisement but a public notice for students to prepare the mandatory documents in advance. For Punjab candidates, UHS will release the admission advertisement after MDCAT 2022 PMC final result. However, we will keep you updated with all the latest news for MBBS and BDS Admission 2022-23.
UHS informed the candidates that the application process for admissions will be online. Students have to upload the mandatory documents online on the portal. Otherwise, their applications will not be completed and will be rejected. Therefore, the university advised students to prepare all the documents in PDF copies using their mobile phone or scanner so that they can easily fill the form later. UHS MBBS/BDS Admission Seat Categories
UHS will announce admissions for MBBS and BDS 2022-23 in the following C categories of seats.
- Open Merit
- Students with disabilities
- Undeveloped Districts and Cholistan
- Overseas Pakistanis
- Mutual (Merit seats for Punjab domiciled students in other provinces/territories)

Below is the list of all required documents which are mandatory for MBBS & BDS Admission 2022-23.
- Matric Certificate/Result
- Result of Intermediate Pre-Medical
- Domicile Certificate
- Valid CNIC/POC/B-Form/Passport of candidates
- Valid CNIC/POC/B-Form/Passport of father/mother/guardian of candidates
- Recent color of images with white/blue background
- Disability Certificate issued by NCRDP (only for disabled candidates)
- School Leaving Certificate/Provisional Certificate confirming that students are studying in the same district from Grade 01-13.
- Original Certificate issued by Cholistan Development Authority (for candidates from Cholistan)
- Valid Stay Card/Residence Card/Green Card/Iqama or related documents for Overseas Pakistanis
- Certificates of Quran Memorization for Hafiz Quran Candidates
- Candidates signature and left thumb impression in black/blue ink on white paper.
Instructions for Candidates for MBBS/BDS Admission
- Candidates have to upload the documents for admission online after opening the portal.
- To apply for more than one category, candidates have to upload the required documents as per that category.
- Scan all documents, except photos, in black and white at a resolution of 300 DPI. Each document file size should not exceed 2.0 MBs. Make sure the details on the document are legible.
- English translation of certificate is required if candidates have certificates in other languages.
- Do not upload all documents in one file. Create separate PDF files for all documents with proper labeling.
- Don’t distort images and signatures by shrinking the width.
