IBCC introduced a 10-point grading system for matriculation and inter examinations

We have good news for all applicants studying in board classes like SSC and HSSC. The Government of Pakistan finally introduced a grading system for matriculation and inter-level students. This newly introduced grading system will now replace the old marks system. First, the passing marks is 33 across Pakistan, but it has been increased to 40. Also, a failing grade will now receive a U grade instead of an “F”.

A++ grade will be awarded to those who score 96 out of 100 and A+ to those who score 91 to 95. Similarly A grade for marks 86 to 90. The heads of all education boards participated in the meeting, expressed their opinions and approved the grading system. The meeting will be held in Lahore. Chairman HEC Dr. Mukhtar has also been specially invited to attend the meeting. According to the grading system, those with B plus grade will get 81 to 85 percent marks, and those with 76 to 81 marks will be given B grade.
