
Department of School Education, Government of Punjab has notified the latest e-transfer policy for the session 2022. The Chief Minister and the Competent Authority finally approved the e-Transfer. The purpose of developing the new policy is to develop a comprehensive and comprehensive solution to SED teacher exchange practices. This e-transfer policy will also significantly improve transparency and service delivery.

Classification criteria for transfer

Point to point calculation for every kilometer. (Maximum 20 Marks) Note 0.4 marks for every km. Distance will be calculated from school to school i.e. from the school in which the applicant is currently posted to the schools for which transfer is required. |

The teachers applying for transfer will be scored according to the following formula. [{(Tenure + Length of service in Current Grade+ Disability + Widowed / Divorced + Wedlock + Medical) + 75} x 25] i.e. the ratio of marks obtained in merit out of 75 (maximum). Note: The purpose is to allocate marks for distances which are not being awarded in case of inter-district transfers. |
