KP government waives fees for Afghan students in medical colleges

We have good news for all Afghan students who want to study at KPK universities. According to details, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to reduce the fees of Afghan students. The move was taken on the recommendation of Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar. The fees of Afghan students will be equal to those of Pakistani students.

The final decision was made during a meeting between MU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zia-ul-Haq and senior officials of the Afghan Consulate in Peshawar. They hold fruitful meetings in this regard. Following the proposal, the university decided that the annual fee for Afghan students would be Rs. 800,000 for the current session. Afghan consulate officials raised the issue with KMU officials.
