Lahore Education Authority has issued notification of summer campus. According to details, some private schools hold summer camps in summer days. Upon hearing this news, the Lahore Education Authority ordered not to set up summer camps in schools. Some schools organize summer camps for matriculation students for preparation purposes, but most use them for other purposes. However, summer camps have been banned due to the extreme heat this season.
The schools not only organized summer camps for the students to cover or teach the curriculum but also practiced most of the extracurricular activities including games for mental health. But now, after a fruitful meeting, they have decided to ban summer camps. The issue of setting up summer camps by private schools during summer vacations across Lahore has been banned by the Education Authority. Education CEO Pervez Khattak’s stern announcement not to hold summer camp. Otherwise, strict action will be taken against this school.
