Job Description:
DESCON Engineering is hiring skilled Pakistani professionals for its Qatar Shutdown projects. Positions are available for Fabricators, Welders, PTW Coordinators, Supervisors, and Drivers.
This is a great opportunity for experienced industrial workers and supervisors to work on large-scale engineering shutdown projects in Qatar. Eligible candidates must have relevant skills, certifications, and experience for their respective roles.

LTV / HTV Drivers – 30 Posts

Supervisor QA / QC – 25 Posts

Job Requirements:
🔹 Fabricators & Multi Welders:
-
Relevant trade certification or diploma
-
Minimum 2–5 years of industrial or shutdown experience
-
Skilled in fabrication, welding (GTAW, SMAW, etc.), and technical drawings
🔹 PTW Coordinators:
-
Relevant safety or engineering qualification
-
Knowledge of permit-to-work systems
-
Strong coordination and communication skills
🔹 Supervisors (QA/QC, Rigging, Piping, HSE):
-
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering or Safety
-
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in industrial projects
-
Knowledge of QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and team management
🔹 LTV / HTV Drivers:
-
Valid driving license for heavy/light vehicles
-
Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in industrial or offshore projects

Knowledge of safety regulations and road rules
🔹 General Requirements for All Positions:
