HEC (Higher Education Commission) has opened the application for Special Equivalency Examination SSE-LAW. The Commission will conduct SSE legislation in December 2022, therefore; This will be the last SEE test of this year. HEC conducts SEE-Law Examination (Special Equivalency Examination) for Law Graduates of Foreign Universities/Institutes. The SEE-LAW test is mandatory for students who have graduated from foreign universities and wish to apply as lawyers. Thus, candidates can apply online for HEC SEE-Law test through HEC portal till 07 December 2022.
Eligibility Criteria for SEE Law Exam 2022
- Candidates with a law degree or equivalent from a foreign university.
- HEC/PBC should recognize foreign institutes.

SEE-LAW Test 2022 Date and Center
HEC will tentatively conduct the test on 18 December 2022. However, in case of any change in date of SEE Test, the Commission will inform the registered candidates through SMS/Email. Also, this test will be held in different centers across the country. So, candidates can choose the nearest and convenient exam center through HEC website.

- Visit HEC ETC portal to apply online for SEE LAW test. (https://etc.hec.gov.pk)
- Applicants have to deposit RS 5000/- in HBL. (Bank account details are provided in the advertisement below).
- Read the instruction manual available on the HECV website before applying online.
