The Punjab Government has issued a notification for the release of Special Allowance. According to the latest notification, the Punjab Finance Department has issued an official notification for giving special allowance. They issue Objection Codes to Government of Punjab Basic Scale 1 to 19 employees who are not receiving any Cadre/Service Specific Allowance.
The Government of Punjab has given Special Allowance 2022 from 1st March 2022 and till further orders to Government of Punjab Government employees BS-1 to BS-19 65) 15% of the Basic Pay Scales, 2017 and against contract employees employed in the Basic Pay Scale BS- 1 to Civil Post in BS-19. (Copy of notification attached) According to the notification, A012 is the object code for Special Allowance 2022, and relates to A01 employees.
