The PMC met on June 27, 2022, to finalize the MDCAT 2022 curriculum decision. The commission has announced minor changes to the curriculum and subject weight. So, below are the full details. Therefore, below is the revised MDCAT 2022 syllabus.
The total MCQs in MDCAT 2022 will be 200. However, the PMC will distribute 200 MCQs in all subjects according to the announced pattern.
Curriculum for MDCAT 2022
MDCAT 2022 will cover MCQs of the following subjects.
- Biology: 34%
- Chemistry: 27%
- Physics: 27%
- English: 09%
- Logical reasoning: 03%
If we convert this weight of articles to the number of MCQs, it will be:
- 68 MCQs from Biology
- 54 MCQs of Physics
- 54 MCQs of Chemistry
- 18 MCQ of English
- 06 MCQs of logical reasoning
