The announced hours are for employees of all teaching and non-teaching departments and essential services. Punjab University on March 31, 2022 issued notification regarding office hours in Ramadan under notification number D / 206 / CRS. Hours of teaching / non-teaching departments of Punjab University Ramadan Offices
All the teaching and reputed teaching departments of Punjab University will observe the following office hours during Ramadan.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Staff hours of essential services of Punjab University Ramadan offices
The staff of essential services in Punjab University will perform the following times during Ramadan. However, essential services staff include the University’s Health Staff, Malaysians, Gardening Staff, Sanitary Workers, Watchmen, Guards of Resident Officer-I and Officer-II, Chief Engineering Staff, and PU Executive Club staff.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
