PMC has issued some guidelines for submission of fees for MBBS and BDS students. The Commission informed that all should follow the principle of submission of fees as stated in Section 9 (5) of PMC, Medical and Dental Undergraduate Admission Rules 2022. Thus, payment of fees for MBBS and BDS will be as per PMC regulation.
However, the PMC’s principle for payment of fees states that the student may pay quarterly, six-month or annual tuition fees to the college concerned. However, students who pay a six-month fee in advance will receive a 2% discount. In addition, students who pay an annual fee in advance will receive a 4% discount on tuition fees.
However, the fee structure of public and private medical and dental colleges is different. Fees for private medical and dental colleges are relatively higher than for public medical and dental colleges. However, in principle, all colleges will facilitate students in submitting fees.
The Pakistan Medical Commission has opened a portal for national transfer of MBBS and BDS students on vacant seats in 2022. For details of PMC National Transfer 2022, Click here
