According to the latest notification, everyone is informed that Inter Board Chairman Committee (IBCC) is now giving leniency to private students. Now, private students have the opportunity to take matriculation exams in science subjects, just like students at Cambridge School. But this new decision will increase their subject group option. Now private students can get admission in Matriculation Science in any board of Pakistan. A notification in this regard will not be issued yet. However, a notification in this regard will be issued soon. The decision was made on the first day of the two-day IBCC meeting on Thursday.
The IBCC secretary also said that the decision is currently applicable only to matriculation students but will be gradually extended to intermediate students. Dr. Mallah also said in a meeting that the minimum age requirement for admission in Grade 9 has been reduced from 14 years to 12 years.
